SYLFIRM X
2 MHz bipolar RF microneedling with PW and CW modes.

Dual-wave RF microneedling
SYLFIRM X combines 2 MHz bipolar RF microneedling with PW and CW modes. Manufacturer specifications list adjustable depth from 0.3 to 4.0 mm; mode and depth are clinician-selected.
SYLFIRM X
Clinical technology
Non-insulated bipolar microneedles enter the skin before delivering 2 MHz RF. PW delivers pulsed energy and CW continuous energy, each with modes 1–4. Adjustable 0.3–4.0 mm depth lets the clinician combine mode, depth and tip by concern and anatomy. Tips should be single-use, and sterile technique is essential for this invasive procedure.
Prioritize pigment, redness, texture, pores and scars rather than treating all concerns with one mode.
Select PW or CW, needle depth and tip type separately by skin thickness and area.
Assess active inflammation, barrier condition and scar tendency before an invasive procedure.
