Ultherapy PRIME
Focused ultrasound planned with real-time tissue visualization.

Focused ultrasound lifting
Ultherapy PRIME lets the physician visualize tissue and plan focused-ultrasound delivery at 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm. Actual depth and line count vary by anatomy and consultation.
Ultherapy PRIME
Clinical technology
Microfocused ultrasound creates discrete thermal coagulation points at planned depths without an incision. Real-time imaging supports assessment of tissue layers and transducer contact, while the physician selects depth and coverage from anatomy and skin thickness. Collagen remodeling then develops gradually through the healing response, with individual variation.
Assess laxity, skin thickness, fat distribution and skeletal support together.
Cartridge depth is selected from imaging and palpation rather than applied uniformly.
Previous fillers, threads, energy treatments and implants are reviewed before mapping the area.
